Interview with Jacqueline, PreMaster in the area of international human resources development.
Which department are you working in, and what are your responsibilities?
I’m working as a PreMaster in international human resources development. With my two focus topics, employer branding and change management, I’m currently supporting the development of the new employer brand at Syntegon as well as its cultural development.
Why did you decide to do a PreMaster Program at Syntegon?
Even during my bachelor’s thesis, I was already thinking about what I wanted do afterwards. I knew that I definitely wanted to do a master’s degree to further deepen my theoretical knowledge, but I also wanted to combine it with practical experience. That’s why I decided to start as a PreMaster at Syntegon. In addition, Syntegon currently offers a unique opportunity. We have left the Bosch Group and are exploring a lot of new things. Being part of something like this from the very beginning is exciting and unique.
What is the coolest thing about your job?
The fact that we’ve just completed the carve-out from the Bosch Group means that we have an incredible number of topics to deal with. Together with my supervisor, I have set my priorities and am now involved in several projects, plus I have been given responsibility for certain projects of my own. If I’m interested in a specific topic and want to drive it forward, I have the freedom to do so. In addition, I of course also learn through the input and support from my colleagues, who can draw on many years of experience.
