    The Syntegon location in New Richmond, WI, USA, provides innovative, fast, reliable and cost-effective packaging technology for the food industry.

    The location specializes in a range of packaging equipment solutions –horizontal flow wrappers, bag closing and sealers, and robotic pick-place-machines.

    By using standardized modular components, our experts in New Richmond offer customers both stand-alone machines and integrated systems that form complete line solutions.

    The location was established in the early 1870s when a flour milling business set up shop on the banks of the Willow River in New Richmond. In the 1930s, the facility began producing and selling puffed wheat and rice cereal. As Doboy Inc., the company produced its first band sealer in 1946, a success that allowed Doboy to gain a strong foothold in the packaging machinery business. In 2004, Doboy Inc. was purchased by Syntegon.

    Today, the New Richmond site is an active member of the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI), along with several other packaging organizations.
