Hermetic sachets and stick packs are the optimal packaging solution for single doses of powdered products or granules. Our high-precision dosing serves to protect patients and enables controlled intake of the medication. Deep pouch filling makes sure the product is optimally utilized. Stick pack and sachet equipment is available as single machines or as systems with fully integrated cartoning.

The VFFS machines from Syntegon are synonym for precise dosing of difficult flowing powders and granules. They are equipped with either a patented auger filler or tipping filler. Individually adjustable dosing cups ensure reliable weight accuracy at high speeds, while providing gentle product handling. The deep filling technology minimizes product loss and facilitates a clean sealing seam.

The extended sealing time of the VFFS machines achieves reliable seal tightness. Their low sealing temperature results in low thermal impact on the packaging material and on the product. The intermitted operating principle provides gentle material handling and results in a consistent pouch quality with high output.

Easy access to all machine parts, a user-friendly operation height, and good product visibility make life easier for operators. This facilitates efficient maintanance and cleaning. All sachet and stick VFFS machines are designed in accordance with GMP guidelines.
