Updated supply chain for single-use systems

| 1 min read

Changes are coming for many peristaltic PreVAS system users.  In order to support you with single-use solutions, Syntegon has extended our cooperation with Sartorius Stedim Biotech.  Moving forward, Sartorius will directly supply current and future peristaltic single-use systems to end users, shortening the supply chain.  This includes direct order placement to Sartorius and direct shipments from Sartorius.

Questions concerning single-use system materials (i.e. certificates, bag, extractables, etc.) should be directed to Sartorius.  At the same time, you will benefit from Syntegon’s comprehensive expert knowledge with regard to the filling of pharmaceutical products and the configuration of your filling systems on your Syntegon machine.

With this new agreement, only the sales channel (including part number) will change; the single-use systems themselves remain unchanged.  For easy identification, a cross-reference list including Sartorius and Syntegon numbers is available.  Additionally, region-specific contacts from both Syntegon and Sartorius Stedim Biotech are ready to assist.  We look forward to the changes ahead and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Important note: For our customers that purchase PreVAS single-use systems that are manufactured via our partnership with MilliporeSigma (i.e. rolling diaphragm pump systems or peristaltic systems with non-standard configurations), the supply changes listed above do not apply.
