Wrap it all: One machine, many applications
From delicate cookies and crackers to bars or medical kits, the Pack 103 handles a wide size range with ease.
Changeovers between products are fast, and in many cases, no tools or parts are required.
The Pack 103 is an entry-level horizontal form-fill-and-seal (HFFS) machine that packages products by wrapping them in rollstock film and sealing them on all sides. This pack style — called flow wrap — is popular in industries like bakery, bars, fresh produce, and medical devices due to its flexibility, extended shelf-life advantages, low cost per pack and retail-ready appearance. Whether you're wrapping single items, multipacks, grouped products, or items placed in trays or on support cards, flow wrapping keeps your products protected and ready for retail.
The Pack 103 flow wrapper is ideal for:
With speeds up to 175 packages per minute, the Pack 103 is fast, flexible, and compact — without the big learning curve.

How you feed your products matters — whether it’s by hand, automated or with a robot. The Pack 103 supports both manual and semi-automatic product loading, giving you the freedom to build a system that fits your team and your workflow. Choose from three infeed lengths based on the number of operators:
If you're looking to reduce labor or increase speed, the Pack 103 can be paired with a wide range of light automation, including robotics.
With left-to-right or right-to-left machine flow, the Pack 103 integrates smoothly into your existing setup — whether you're staying manual or stepping into automation.
The Pack 103 delivers:
Beyond package quality, the Pack 103 is built for ease of operation. Its straightforward human-machine-interface (HMI) allows quick recipe changes and minimizes training time — plus, operators can switch between English and Spanish menus with a tap, making it easier to train and retain a bilingual workforce.
Ideal for retail displays. Adds hanging functionality for pegboards — commonly used in snack packaging, hardware, and promotional sample packs.
Serrations run lengthwise, giving the package a modern, premium look. Offers more directional control when tearing and is ideal for slim or upscale products. Requires a tailored sealing jaw setup.
Sustainability matters — but so does performance. That’s why the Pack 103 supports a wide range of recyclable, compostable, mono-material, and paper-based films without compromising on seal strength, shelf life, or retail compliance.
