Join us this June for our OSD Academy expert seminar “Granulation – from powder to tablet”.

This hands-on learning experience will give you a deep understanding of granulation processes, key parameters, and the latest innovations in oral solid dosage (OSD) development.

Guided by Syntegon experts, including PhD pharmacists, you’ll gain practical experience with HÜTTLIN equipment and performing high-shear granulation, fluid bed drying, and fluid bed granulation. You’ll also see how granulation affects tablet production through a live compression demonstration. The seminar covers different granulation methods, their benefits and limitations, and how to select the right process. You’ll explore the physics behind granulation, critical process parameters, and troubleshooting techniques to optimize granule and tablet quality.
