Service Agreements FAQ

Our Service Agreements are always the right fit: They are available in different packages and can be customized to meet your specific operational requirements. Together, we will design and implement a maintenance strategy that aligns with your individual needs.

While the warranty covers equipment defects, our Service Agreements extend beyond this by additionally addressing the wear and tear that occurs during day-to-day operation. Through regular inspections, we can identify wear early and replace parts preventively as needed, ensuring uninterrupted performance. The parts can be included as well.

We can include unplanned on-site support outside of scheduled events in your Service Agreement. Additionally, extended availability and defined response times for both helpline and on-site support are available as Add-on Services.

Yes, we recommend a Service Agreement for every new machine. It creates transparency and predictability from the outset, regarding both costs and the long-term performance of your equipment. Of course, a Service Agreement can be purchased at any stage of the machine’s lifecycle.
