This includes the new, patented Settle Plate Changer (SPC), which recently won the German Packaging Award. The automated, Annex 1-compliant SPC 1000 significantly reduces manual operator intervention to replace settle plates. This greatly decreases production interruptions during viable monitoring and increases machine availability. The Settle Plate Changer is available both with the purchase of a new machine and as a retrofit for existing systems. Solidlab 1: fast and easy small batch testing

Our booth will also feature an exemplary exhibit for the development and production of OSD forms: as the ideal solution for your feasibility studies, the Solidlab 1 tabletop unit can either be equipped with a fluid bed or drum coater module. The fluid bed version comes with two different product containers for batches from 0.05 to 1 kg, while the drum coater version has two different drums for batches ranging from 0.25 to 1.2 kg. In contrast to most other solutions on the market, Solidlab 1 features our innovative PROVICON control system, which enables open recipe creation and management for a time-saving product development.
