Our ARF-B and VRK overseal capping machines deliver the reproducible precision, validatable compliance, and flexible efficiency required in modern fill-finish environments.

The ARF-B caps and seals up to 8,400 containers per hour and is designed for maximum product and operator safety: With its low-particle crimping method and transport system that releases containers during the crimping process, it ensures ideal isolator use and full Annex 1 compliance.

The VRK is perfectly suited to larger operations output requirements of up to 36,000 containers per hour. Despite its speed, it ensures gentle container handling to maintain product integrity. Its dedicated crimping discs with adjustable parameters for different stopper and cap combinations combined with fast format changeovers through servo-driven automatic adjustment allow for efficient handling of multiple container formats. An easy-to-clean, hygienic design and optional integration into isolators or RABS minimize contamination risk.

Both machines feature integrated inspection systems for product safety and increased efficiency, e.g., via high-speed cap roundness verification that avoids any uncapped vials. Easily reproducible settings further contribute to reliable processes and easy validation.

In-line coding ensures full traceability

In addition to a secure closure, reliable identification is essential to protect against counterfeiting and meet regulatory requirements.

Our in-line KIV series applies – either with thermo inkjet printer or laser printer – and verifies individual codes on each container to ensure their traceability across the entire supply chain. The KIV systems mark up to 36,000 containers per hour, combining high quality and with consistent performance.

They can be seamlessly integrated into capping processes or used as standalone solutions, offering flexibility for different production setups.
