Torsten Türling joined Syntegon in 2023. He brings over 30 years of international leadership and sales experience across various industries. Prior to his current role, Mr. Türling served as CEO of Nilfisk, a publicly listed company known for its professional cleaning equipment. He also held the position of CEO at Ideal Standard International, a leader in bathroom solutions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Türling held several management positions at Linde AG, including managing director of Linde Refrigeration.

Mr. Türling holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saarbrucken, Germany, and a Master of Management from EM Lyon Business School, France.

Petros Kapelles joined Syntegon as Chief Operations Officer in 2024, bringing extensive experience from senior leadership roles within operations, supply chain, and business management at various companies.

Prior to joining Syntegon, Mr. Kapelles served as Group Chief Operations Officer at Nilfisk, a publicly listed company in professional cleaning equipment. Mr. Kapelles has previously held senior management positions at Ideal Standard, Frigoglass SAIC, and Franke Kitchen Systems Group.

Mr. Kapelles holds a Master of Business Administration from Nottingham Business School in the UK.

Eros Carletti joined Syntegon as Chief Financial Officer in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record in Finance leadership.

Over 16 years at General Electric, he held roles of increasing responsibility. Since 2018, he has served as CFO of DSM’s Nutrition business and, most recently, as Chief Transformation Officer of the newly formed DSM-Firmenich Group.

Eros Carletti holds a business degree from Bocconi University in Milan.

Johan Nilsson joined Syntegon in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from a long-standing career at Tetra Pak, a world-leading company for food-processing and packaging solutions.

From 2012, Mr. Nilsson led the service business at Tetra Pak and, from 2018, was head of service and industry 4.0 solutions, overseeing significant advancements in service delivery and digital transformation.

Mr. Nilsson holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Executive Foundation at the University of Lund, Sweden.

Ann Cuylaerts joined Syntegon in 2024, bringing significant expertise and leadership experience from her tenure at GEA, one of the world’s largest systems suppliers for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Before joining Syntegon, Ms. Cuylaerts served as head of the Food Solution business unit at GEA. During her career at GEA, Ms. Cuylaerts held various management roles.

Ms. Cuylaerts holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from in the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and a graduate degree in middle management from Vlerick Business School in Ghent, Belgium.

Stephan März joined Syntegon in 2023 with a strong background in strategy and international management.

Mr. März began his career at the consultancy firm Roland Berger and then moved on to various international management roles in business development, customer service, and business unit responsibilities at Georg Fischer AG and Bobst AG.

Mr. März holds a degree in mechanical engineering (Dipl-.Ing.) from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Thomas Hartkämper joined Syntegon in 2024, bringing a diverse and extensive background in mechanical engineering, business development, and change management. He began his career at AXXICON Moulds in 1996 and has subsequently held various management positions. 

He spent most of his career at Husky Injection Molding Systems and Ormazabal. Most recently, he was CEO of Kautex Maschinenbau. 

Mr. Hartkämper graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering (Dipl-.Ing.) from Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany and holds a master’s degree in business marketing from the Free University of Berlin, Germany.

Bruno Oberle has been part of Syntegon since its integration with SIG Pack in 2004. Mr. Oberle has been affiliated with Syntegon since 1998 through his various management roles both at SIG Pack and at Bosch.

Mr. Oberle started his career as a software development engineer. He brings a wealth of experience from across different industries and global companies such as ABB and Bernina International.

Mr. Oberle studied electrical engineering (Dipl-.Ing.) at ZHAW in Winterthur, Switzerland. He also holds a master’s degree in process logistics from GSBA in Zurich, Switzerland, and a master’s degree in business administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia, U.S.
