SynTiso: no more questions, just answers

If you have not yet had the opportunity to see our groundbreaking new development SynTiso, you can do so at CPHI Frankfurt. In an exclusive area at our booth, we will show you how the new line concept is changing the future of liquid pharmaceutical filling. SynTiso was developed together with two partners from the pharmaceutical industry and addresses the current challenges pharmaceutical manufacturers are facing in terms of Annex 1 compliance, high performance, and maximum product yield with minimal operator intervention.

RackSter for faster batch changeovers

The new RackSter multi-rack system for sterile preparation and reintroduction of parts into isolators also reduces manual intervention: Instead of filling several RTP containers manually, the components are sterilized, dried, and cooled directly inside the mobile multi-rack vessel. Only one docking is required at the isolator; the parts are then transferred fully automatically. This significantly speeds up batch changeovers, makes handling more efficient, and increases production capacity.

Award-winning assembly of pens and autoinjectors

Also on display at CPHI: the RMA assembly solution for pens and autoinjectors, which recently won the Baden-Württemberg International Design Award “FOCUS Silver.” The space-saving, semi-automatic machine for clinical trials and small batches follows Syntegon's design philosophy of user-friendliness and scalability. Thanks to a higher degree of automation, the system is easier to operate and ensures seamless technology transfer for higher output volumes.

Freeze dryer for seamless line concepts

Seamless scalability is also the focus of LyoBeta, the freeze dryer from our new family member Telstar, which joined the Syntegon Group in October 2024. The system with fully automated freeze-drying processes was developed for the formulation of pharmaceutical and biotech products and for the transfer to production equipment. It thus fits seamlessly into Syntegon's approach of offering complete solutions for the development and manufacture of liquid and lyophilized pharmaceuticals from a single source.

Interactive OSD production line

An interactive slider provides insights into our extensive portfolio for the development and production of oral solid dosage forms, including solutions for drying, granulation, and coating, as well as direct compression of tablets and capsule filling.
