    For the first time, Syntegon and Telstar are exhibiting together in South America – the next step following the acquisition of Testar by Syntegon in October 2024 and an important move in the company’s growth strategy. Telstar completes Syntegon’s vial filling portfolio with freeze-dryers, including state-of-the-art loading and unloading systems, environmentally friendly refrigerants, and comprehensive services, offering customers even more seamless processes and complete line solutions for their lyophilized pharmaceuticals.

    The market for ready-to-use (RTU) containers has been growing rapidly for years. Pharmaceutical manufacturers benefit from simpler processes, reduced total cost of ownership, and greater flexibility. Our brand-new MLD Advanced meets the requirements for high outputs with 100 percent in-process control (IPC) and robotics. Among the innovative functionalities are a unique clip system for smooth transportation, filling and stoppering using the Pharma Handling Unit, as well as flexible redosing.

    Assembly solutions for autoinjectors and pens

    In supplying the growing demand for diabetics and obesity management medication, pens and autoinjectors play a key role. They can be precisely assembled thanks to the new RMA from Syntegon. This space-saving, semi-automated assembly machine for clinical trials and small batches was developed in close cooperation with customers. It follows Syntegon’s design philosophy on scalability, offering a seamless and easy transition to machines with higher outputs when increasing capacity for a market launch.

    Capsule filling at its best

    Equally ideal for scale-up, but in a different area: our GKF 720 offers one platform for all oral solid dosage (OSD) requirements – from galenical development (R&D set-up) to small scale batch manufacturing. The output rates from 3,000 to 43,500 capsules per hour underline this capsule filler’s flexibility. The machine provides various inspection technologies and very flexible dosing possibilities. Moreover, it features a modular design and flexible plug-in station and is available in a containment version for highly potent pharmaceuticals up to OEB 5.
