    Wrap it all: One machine, many applications

    From tortillas and snack multipacks to a wide range of consumer goods, Doboy bag sealers are built to handle diverse products with ease and consistency.

    PTFE-coated fiberglass sealing bands deliver strong, reliable seals while significantly reducing machine wear and maintenance. Full-length 12 mm (½") urethane timing belts securely grip the bag top, providing precise timing and speed control as it moves through fully adjustable heat bars, compression wheels, and cooling bars. The result is a durable, high-quality seal on every package.

    Bags weighing under three pounds do not require a support conveyor, simplifying operation. Sealing bands are tool-free and quick to replace - changeovers take less than two minutes.

    Doboy bag sealers precisely seal a wide range of medical bag materials and formats at speeds up to 25 m (83’) per minute. A full range of styles and options allow you to configure the machine to meet your specific needs.
