The AIM 2|5 series is designed for high-speed performance and a wide range of containers and products. It inspects up to 400 containers per minute with precision, ensuring reliable detection of particulate matter and cosmetic defects and can optionally integrate inspection using AI. Cracks and micro holes in liquid-filled containers can compromise both sterility and product integrity. Integrated High-voltage leak detection (HVLD) is a non-destructive method that detects even the smallest leaks invisible to cameras or the human eye. High voltage is applied across electrodes, and defective containers show higher current due to low resistance, while intact ones show minimal current. Seamlessly integrated into automated inspection systems, HVLD ensures product safety without slowing down production.

For automated container closure integrity testing


Weak seals, lyophilization issues, or microcracks can compromise product sterility. Headspace analysis (HSA) provides optimal CCIT for lyophilized products and sensitive liquids filled under vacuum or nitrogen atmosphere. By using laser absorption in the container’s headspace, HSA can detect elevated levels of oxygen (O₂) or water vapor (H₂O) pressure, identifying both permanent and temporary leaks. Integrated into our visual inspection platforms, the HSA sensor enhances the inspection of ampoules and vials – ensuring safety without compromising speed

Lyophilized drugs like antibiotics or vaccines are often difficult to inspect, as their variable characteristics might be mistaken for defects. High-quality cameras and illumination setups make even the smallest particles visible and can even be combined with deep learning models.

Particles in suspensions such as insulins and vaccines are more difficult to inspect than in clear liquids. We use additional spinning and specialized lighting technologies to move particles towards the container walls and make unwanted particles more visible.
