Compliance Management System
Syntegon has a global compliance management system. The compliance organisation consists of a Chief Compliance Officer reporting directly to the management and other employees in the main regions. They provide our Group companies and locations with the best possible support in implementing compliance measures.
The compliance management system also includes a whistleblower system. Employees, business partners, but also third parties have the opportunity at any time to report irregular conduct – anonymously if desired.
Since responsible and lawful conduct is important to us beyond our corporate boundaries, we have introduced a Code of Conduct for business partners. This sets out the requirements and principles for cooperation with our partners.
In a constantly changing environment, we regularly review our compliance management system in order to adapt and improve our rules and processes to relevant new developments as required.
