Since many of the machines and line solutions that Syntegon, formerly Bosch Packaging Technology, delivers to the North American market for the fill-finish of liquid pharmaceuticals are designed and manufactured in our center of competency in Crailsheim, Germany, Syntegon has established local, dedicated new machine and after-sales support teams to ensure the provision of timely and comprehensive support in the region. These teams are based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Syntegon’s regional headquarters for pharmaceutical operations in North America.
On the new machine side, Syntegon has established the North American Pharma Liquid Sales Support team, consisting of both local and German expat subject matter experts (SMEs) in filling systems, single use technology, barrier systems, pharmaceutical processing, and specifically the Syntegon Crailsheim portfolio. This team provides local expertise to help identify the right solution for every customer need.
On the after-sales side, Syntegon has established the North American After-Sales Support team, consisting of both local and German expat account managers, technical specialists, and mechanical and controls technicians. This team provides local expertise to ensure the needs of our customers continue to be met after delivery.
