Via the “REFLEKT REMOTE” app you are connected with the Syntegon experts to receive real-time assistance, guidance and technical expert knowledge – for immediate support wherever you are located.
The Remote Service Assistant is suitable for all stationary and mobile devices with internet connection. A connection with Syntegon is established via chat, phone or video call. Group chats or group calls are supported as well. To use the Remote Service Assistant, a remote service agreement has to be in place.
