KKE 1700
The KKE 1700 capsule checkweigher provides easy accessibility. Its permanent positive guidance of the capsules ensures pharmaceutical safety at all times. It is best suited for the medium production range with an output of up to 103,200 capsules per hour. The KKE 1700 stands for extremely high productivity with integrated cGMP and ASB technology.
KKE 2500
The KKE 2500 capsule checkweigher it is the ideal in-line partner for the GKF 2500 capsule filling machine in terms of both safety and efficiency. It sets standards in 100 % capsule weighing with outputs of up to 150,000 capsules per hour.
KKE 2600
The KKE 2600 capsule checkweigher with an output of up to 156,000 capsules per hour is the ideal match for our GKF 2600 capsule filling platform. Thanks to the integrated ASB, false weights are reported by a feedback loop and adjusted in the production process. The seamless documentation of production data ensures highest traceability and pharmaceutical compliance.
KKE 3800
The KKE 3800 capsule checkweigher stands for ultra-high speeds and an output of up to 232,200 capsules per hour. Its high productivity makes it suited for applications with more than one capsule filling machine or for batch processing, ensuring large volume production and fast time to market. Moreover, the KKE 3800 provides easy accessibility and cleaning, as well as comprehensive production documentation.
The KKE capsule checkweigher can be easily integrated with a Syntegon GKF capsule filling machine via pneumatic transfer. After filling, the capsules are weighed with 100 % accuracy. You receive a highly efficient line process with an automated feedback loop.
