Webinars: online transmission of seminars, presentations, or similar content
Syntegon India with the help of its local IT experts has started interacting and sharing information with its customers and sales partners via webinars. In the month of September, the first webinar was conducted for sales partners in South East Asia region. The topic of the webinar was: ‘Syntegon India – your reliable partner for packaging solutions’. Based on the positive feedback received after this webinar, a second session was conducted for customers in October. More webinars are planned in future for other regions as well.
e-FAT: remote factory acceptance tests
Due to the current pandemic situation, customers are unable to visit our plants and attend factory acceptance tests (FAT). Syntegon India, with the support of our IT team, has come up with the concepts of e-FAT. e-FAT is a setup of transmitting the FAT of the machines live to the customer. Our customers can watch the FAT at their screens in real time from their location (anywhere across the globe) and ask questions whenever needed. Until now, Syntegon India has conducted around 4-5 successful e-FATs. The process is well accepted by the customers. It saves them from travelling during this pandemic and they can involve more people at no additional cost in the FAT process.
