The GranuLean unit from Syntegon combines a high-shear mixer, a fluid bed system and the adequate material handling to a compact, standardized and easily integrated granulation suite.

The Hüttlin High-shear mixer technology is availabe as HTG (Hüttlin Top-Drive Granulator) or HBG (Hüttlin Bottom-Drive Granulator) up to batches of 720 kg at a density of 0.5 kg/l.

To start with very small amounts of product, this table top device can be equipped with interchangeable bowls from 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 to 10 liters. Each of the bottom driven bowls is equipped with our unique Gentlewing agitator

The Pilotmix is the perfect link between R&D and production scale equipment. Either as scale-up step between laboratory and production or as small production unit. The Pilotmix is available in four sizes with 25, 75, 100 and 150 litres bowl volume.
